Tide
The Tide smithing template uses a flowing diagonal wave pattern reminiscent of stylised currents. It's the only trim earned by killing a specific mob — the rest live in chests or suspicious gravel.
Drops at 3% per Elder Guardian kill. Ocean Monuments contain three Elder Guardians (one in the central room, two in the side wings); you can drain or just dive in with potions of Water Breathing, Night Vision, and Mining Fatigue resistance. A monument-clearing run yields three guaranteed Elder Guardian fights — expect to clear five or six monuments on average for a single Tide template.
Pairs perfectly with Diamond + Lapis ("Tide Walker") for an aquatic look, Netherite + Amethyst for moody deep-sea, or Iron + Quartz for ghost-of-the-deep contrast.

Bedrock Edition
On Bedrock, use a smithing table — the /give command for trims is limited. After running:
/give @s netherite_chestplate
Apply the Tide template at a smithing table with diamond (or any other material) as the third ingredient.
