Bolt
The Bolt smithing template is one of the new patterns shipped with the 1.21 "Tricky Trials" update. Its visual is a sharp diagonal lightning bolt cutting across the helmet, chestplate, and leggings — clean, angular, and instantly recognisable next to the older 1.20 trims.
It drops from the regular Vaults inside Trial Chambers, which are unlocked with Trial Keys earned by clearing Trial Spawners. Expect about a 1.8% chance per Vault, so 30-60 Vaults of farming for a single template is normal — bring a duplicating setup if you want a full set.
Bolt looks best on Netherite + Redstone (the "Crimson Bolt" combo) or on Iron + Quartz for an electric-white look. Pair it with Resin or Copper for warmer tones.

Duplicate the template at a crafting table with 7 diamonds and 1 Block of Copper alongside the original — yields 2 copies.

Bedrock Edition
On Bedrock, use a smithing table — the /give command for trims is limited. After running:
/give @s netherite_chestplate
Apply the Bolt template at a smithing table with diamond (or any other material) as the third ingredient.
